Notice is hereby given for the Annual meeting of Chelsea Place Homeowners’ Association, Inc. to be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 7:15 pm, at Generations Church located at 1540 Little Rd Trinity, FL 34655.. We invite you to join us and meet your neighbors! In the event you will not be at the meeting please be sure to submit your ballot prior to January 15th, with your proxy if necessary.
The agenda for the meeting will include the following:
1. Review of the 2025 Operating Statement
2. Review of the 2025 Operating Budget
3. Report of Committees
4. Homeowner Input
5. Election of Directors

- 2026 DUES INVOICE: Annual Dues will be $340.00.
DUES ARE PAYABLE by FEBRUARY 1, 2026

Dues not paid on or before FEBRUARY 28, 2026, may be subject to a $25 Administrative Charge.
If dues are still not paid by MARCH 31,2026 property may be subject to lien (with legal costs to be paid by owner) in addition to the administrative penalty.
Please make check payable to CHELSEA PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, include your lot number on the check and mail it to the address above. Your lot number can be found on the address label of your annual packet.
- PROXY: Your vote is important, exercise it by your attendance, or use the proxy.
- DIRECTORS BALLOT: Your ballot may be handed in at the Annual Meeting or mailed to the Board at 40946 U.S. Highway N #446 Tarpon Springs FL 34689. Note that no nominations for Directors will be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
